Terms of use for the Overtron service. Updated: July 1, 2026.
These Terms govern the relationship between the Overtron service (the "Service") and the user. By starting to use the overtron.io website or the Telegram bot, you accept these Terms.
The Service provides a TRON network resource rental service (Energy and Bandwidth) by delegating them to the public address specified by the user for a chosen period, in exchange for a fee in TRX.
Resource delegation is performed automatically and, as a rule, within 10–60 seconds. Delegation is instant and cannot be canceled. The rental expires at the end of the chosen period.
The Service does not request private keys and has no access to the user's funds. The user is responsible for the correctness of the address provided.
OTron points, statuses, and referral rewards are provided on the Service's terms and may be changed. They are not a monetary obligation and cannot be exchanged for fiat.
The Service is not liable for losses caused by an incorrectly specified address, actions of the TRON network, force majeure, or the user's breach of these Terms. The service is provided "as is".
Exchange of supported cryptocurrencies and tokens into TRX or USDT is performed through a third-party partner — an external exchange service. The Service only provides the technical means to place such an operation and is not a party to the exchange. The user solely bears all AML/KYC/compliance risks of the actual crypto asset exchange, including possible blocking, freezing, rejection or return of funds by the exchange service, an exchange, a bank or an AML/KYT system, as well as the need to complete verification. The Service does not compensate such losses.
The Service may change its terms and pricing. The current version is published on this page.
